All prices are shown in AUD$. The only additional expense is a courier to your premises, at approx. $15.

What is the quickest way to find a product?
After logging in, you can use the search tab (top right hand side of page) or the category menu tab (left hand side of page).
If I see an item I like, how can I view a similar items?
The middle of the product page will show items which are similar or complement the article you are looking at.
Can I search in a specific metal, colour or stone shape?
On the left hand side of page there are several tabs (e.g metal type, metal colour, metal carat).
Selecting your requirements will narrow the product results displayed.

Additional metals available are shown with every article in the ‘quality’ drop down field.
How do I know the metal the product is made from?
The drop down field titled ‘Quality’ will show the various metals and colours available.

Do prices vary?
Yes. Price depends on the metal and colour.
The price will be displayed after you have chosen your metal, size, colour on the right hand side towards top of page.
Are all items available in 9ct?
No. Only items commencing with item number 12 can be specially ordered in 9ct.
Availabitity?
Availability status is shown in the field below the price.
It will state ‘in stock’ or calculate shipment date. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 days for delivery to your store.
Are rings and pendants customisable?
Yes. Most items are customisable, particularly any item with the symbol 3C.
Items with this symbol can incorporate up to 9 different centre stone shapes.
Are rings and pendants finished?
Many items have the option of being ordered as mount, semi mount or fully set.
The field in the middle of the page will show various options available when you click.
If an item is shown as a mount only can it be supplied fully set?
The tab below the item will show the various stones available as Diamonds, Natural stones or C.Z.
It will also show the quality of diamonds (e.g GIA) and when you click on the stone or stones selected, you will also show the setting cost.
The field below the price will show when it will be ready for shipment.
Are stones available to be purchased loose?
There are 1000s of stones available in size, grade and price.
How do I know the actual size of a piece?
At the bottom of the page for each item there are full descriptions.
E.g. For a ring, you will see the various widths, heights and weights.
